International Delivery (Out of Europe)

Delivery is free from 400€ of purchase.

Otherwise several options are offered for international delivery,
- Standard delivery at 8€, via the local post office, 10 to 20 working days.
- International express delivery at 25€, 5 to 10 business days.
- Express delivery via UPS, at 48€, 3 to 6 business days.

Europe Delivery

-Delivery is free from 250€ of purchase.

-Standard delivery is offered at 8€ via Colissimo, 3 to 6 business days.

Standard Delivery is made by Colissimo, our post office in France.

Our standard delivery times vary from 10 to 20 working days. Although these deadlines are mostly respected and this since the creation of the Artifice. company, the delivery deadline indicated during the registration of the order is only given as an indication and is in no way guaranteed.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After your order, you will receive an email with an order tracking link. You will also receive an email informing you of the dispatch of your order as well as all the information necessary to be able to follow your package. (carrier's website, tracking number).

Can I postpone the delivery date of my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose the delivery date in advance. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule an appointment.
